Lazy Oaf and Tate present Let's Face it
Come and join us on the Turbine bridge (view from the bridge above) for the ultimate drawing extravaganza. Similarly to our Drawing Club event, we are going to be covering a 7m wall with coloured pictures frames of faces in all shapes and sizes ready for you to fill with your very own self portrait. Drawing instruments will be provided from our favourite pen pals Posca as well as Tate. We are also very excited to be working with paper people Inspire Me Papers who are providing us with an array of high quality coloured sheets from leading creative paper company GF Smith.
This is a free-for-all event open up to the general public and is perfect for all drawing and portraiture enthusiasts. And alongside all of you budding artists, there will be live drawing on the day from illustrating talents Ian Stevenson, Joe Baglow and Zeroten. And our very own designer and founder Gemma Shiel will also be there with a pen ready to work her magic.
This will also be your chance to see and purchase our Tate Collection available in both stores.
If you cannot make it along to the event but would like to submit a portrait for us to display on the wall then please send the design in hi-res, jpg format to jerry@lazyoaf.com by Wednesday 4th August and make sure you include your name. If you would like to find out more details then don't hesitate to get in touch.
