To help save the trees, you will no longer find a packing slip or returns form in your order. To log your return, please follow the below link:
You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order (14 days if purchased from Oaflet).
Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.
If you choose to return through another method, the return is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please return to :

-We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we've received your package, your return will be processed within 14 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of your refund.
- The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
- If you are within the UK and the item is incorrect or faulty please email contact our customer services and we will send you a free returns label.
- For International customers, if the item is incorrect or faulty please email us your full name, order number and a quick description of what has happened and we will get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that Oaf Support can investigate this for you
