Returning your order
You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Please note that all items purchased from Oaflet must be returned within 14 days.
Before you return your items, please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. If an item is incorrect or faulty, please contact Oaf Support before sending it back.

Returns processing
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 14 working days. We will send you an email once your return has been processed.
If you have not received an email confirming your refund, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. After this time, please send your proof of postage to Oaf Support.
