Shooting with UCA's Student Project Winners

Last year we set a group of first year BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion and Imaging students from UCA in Epsom the challenge to organise, style and shoot a campaign for our Spring '16 men's collection. Working in teams of four, we offered the opportunity for one group to see their final photo shoot featured on our blog. In just three weeks, each group had to street cast models, scout locations, learn photography and shoot their own campaigns as well as create a marketing vision to present to the Lazy Oaf team. So, to coincide with our newest menswear arrivals, today we're excited to share our winning shoot created by Emily Smith, Leanndra Stapleton, Polly Slav-ova and Emma Squibb. Featuring non-agency models including Jamie Backshall, Jake Pearce, Samuel Ovuorie and Connall O'€™Brien, the shoot plays on the gaming references like 'Please Try Again' from our new collection and takes direct inspiration from early nineties technology.
