See You Next Tuesday: Animal Grooming, Iced Mochas and Alien Encounters
Welcome to this weeks latest installment of See You Next Tuesday where the Lazy Oaf team fill you in on the things that have caught our eye or got us talking in the office over the past 7 days. This week we're styling guinea pigs, freezing our brains on frappes and watching alien encounters. 1. INTERNET SENSATIONS: Honey's Hair. The most exciting thing to land in our inbox's this week was this amazing photograph of office chic Aimee's adorable guinea pig Honey rocking her latest hair do. Aware that her coat was getting a bit long, Aimee took to the scissors to give her little Honey the ultimate Andy Warhol-esque fringe. Great bangs girl! 2. FOOD FAVOURITES: I'm lovin' it. This week Jerry has been getting a little bit over excited by the arrival of McDonalds Iced Mocha Frappe's now for sale in UK restaurants. She sampled them for the first time in New York last summer and was gutted they weren't available on home turf, that was until now! The cream/chocolate sauce combo is so TDF that she has already had 2 in 2 days. 3. WINDOW SHOPPING: Taking the Mickey. Since she got her very own Miniature Schnauzer Bob, Gemma has been dog mad and the latest thing to catch her eye were the entries for America's Wackiest Looking Pets Competition. As a massive Mickey Mouse fan, Gemma was most drawn to this Disney'fied Poodle. We hope the dog was as happy about its new coat as we are. 4. MEDIA MATTERS: I'm an alien. Presenting Channel 4s latest TV sensation Confessions of an Alien Abductee. Less of an insight into martians, more a celebration of the worlds most extra-terrestrial head of hair.
