Lazy Oaf x Batman Launch Party: The Party
Photos by: Sam Hiscox Yesterday we showed you our Batman catwalk show from the press launch party so today we want to fill you in on what actually happened on the night including drinks we drank, songs we danced to and people we met. We screened our Batman video by Joao Retorta throughout the night and we have another video by him from the party to follow this week. No Lazy Oaf party would be complete without balloons and thanks to balloon.com, we filled the entire ceiling in yellow and black ones in keeping with Batman's favourite shades. We treated guests to kickass Kapow cocktails combining Stoli Premium Vodka and Cherrygood juice complete with a dash of soda. With the The Dark Knight Rises film release at the end of the week, we were getting into the movie spirit by snacking out on totally delicious packs of Love Da Popcorn. The Sweet Honey and Sea Salt flavour got our votes. Melissa from GQ Magazine and stylist Charlotte Adsett. Emily from Me & Zena came in her brand new Baseball Crop T-shirt. Maria Pizzeria came to snap photos in her Batman Leggings. When Dom Chung and Liz Reynolds from Pump Up the Volume kick started the evening with SWV's Be Right Here we knew we were in for a winner! Liz looked hot to trot in the Batman Happy T-shirt. We were very excited to have a one hour set from Radio 1 DJ and Lazy Oaf fan Toddla T who Sam captured submerged behind the Bat Booth. Singer, DJ and all round stylish gal Yasmin hit the decks and dazzled the crowd in the Bat Logo Shirt. Ending the night with a dance floor frenzy were the girls from club sensations Work It, see Siobhan working it above. We had some pretty special guests entering the doors throughout the night, above you can see The Only Way is Essex star Tom Kilbey who joined us for a dance and many photos in the Say Fromage booth. Following the Tom theme was Comedian and Friday Night Dinner actor Tom Rosenthal who dressed aptly in our Simple Simon T-shirt and got snapped with our PR gal Jerry who wore the Batman Body Suit with Me & Zena I Surrender Choker. It was ace to meet singer and runner up of reality show The Voice, Vince Kidd, who has recently been rocking our Awesome top on his tour. Batman catwalk model Lou Lou and her boyfriend. Profile models Franky and Kirsty pose for a photo with their booker Simone. Finally we have the lovely Adam and Alex (far left and far right) from Daily Street who arrived in force and got the party well and truly started. And the fun doesn't end there....!
