Getting Gifed at Shoreditch House
This Monday the Lazy Oaf team packed up a capsule collection of designs and headed over to private members club Shoreditch House to host an all day pop-up shop followed by an evening of animation fun. We transformed The Snug into a mini Lazy Oaf store complete with glittered letters, a life size hot dog and our latest range of clothing and accessories. Here is a first look at some of our latest badges that will soon feature as part of our Mystery Badge Packs and be available to buy individually in our store at £1 each. We had to share this hot chocolate with you that Steph got, it came with its own jug of pure melted chocolate and tasted divine. We didn't bring a Minnie Mouse Cushion, Timmy Mallet's mallet and inflatable eye ball for nothing, these all acted as props for our evening activity. With the help of a white wall, tripod and some giant paper pencils, we set up our own mini studio ready to photograph guests in five frames bringing their photos to life with a personalised animation, each complete with an Lazy Oaf touch of course. Obviously our staff couldn't resist in getting in on the action, here is Jerry getting attacked by the jewelled owl. Steph also fell victim of a bird attack, it's definitely not the season for guls. Gemma cracked a smile or two with the help of the best pair of bats we've ever seen. Paul covered his face with every prop going. Maria finds comfort in our homemade cushions. Shevone got hungry. This is what we think a modern day Conga would look like. This guy, Ed, impressed us by showing up in his classic Oaf Skull Skater T-shirt and Burger Hat. Feeling dizzy yet? Thanks to everyone who came and saw us, we had lots of fun meeting you. Talking of events, everyone should keep 23rd February free as this evening will host the launch of our SS12 collection in store.
