A Tribute to the Mighty MJ

We can't believe he's gone. We spent all of last week planning our MJ shopping event ready to celebrate his up and coming tour so when we heard the devastating news on Thursday night we were in utter shock. We love Michael Jackson here at Lazy Oaf; his songs have helped us through the awkwardest school dances, ugliest heartbreaks and scariest Halloweens. Katie had even got her hands on tickets to see him perform on his summer tour. In fact our designer Gemma loved him so much we even have a T-shirt devoted to him as you may well know. So now we are holding a tribute MJ day in our shop to pay homage to the King of Pop himself:

The tribute is hitting off in our Kingly Court shop on Saturday 11th July from 11-7pm so come along and join us in a day of Michael Jackson appreciation. Thrills to make you want to scream: - 20 MJ goodie bags up for grabs at just £10 including an I'm Bad T-shirt.

- 20% off everything in store all day. - A chance to have your photo taken as Michael Jackson and his late monkey Bubbles in our cut-out version (as seen at the village fete event)

- Michael Jackson hits blasting out all day (hopefully resulting in an impromptu dance off) IMPORTANT NOTICE: We will be giving out a free, extra special gift to everyone who shows up wearing a sequined glove on the day so you might want to be making a quick trip to the haberdashery and get gluing pronto. Mine was at a school disco when they played Earth song and one of the boys (with long hair) mimicked Michael's shaking moves from the video whilst we stood around him in a big huddle swaying from side to side.
