Let us introduce you to Meredith, our creative production coordinator, queen of content, connoisseur of London eateries and lockdown’s tie dyeing legend. Meredith has been at Oaf for two and a half years now, and in that time she’s been involved with all sorts of projects from organising shoots on our latest collaboration with DMs, to meeting and photographing Oaf Superfans, and shooting members of our creative community in NYC. Basically, if you see an image from us, Meredith has been involved somewhere. Now let’s have a little sit down with her to ask her all kinds of nosey things...

Who are you and what do you do at Oaf?

I’m Meredith/Mez/Mer, a bright colour and printed trouser obsessive. I plan, produce & create all the content you see on your screens.

What are your most used emojis?

Will you give us a lil rundown on what your days generally look like?

Always start with a coffee. V basic Oat Flat White if you’re interested. I usually check what content is scheduled for this week and whether I need to create anything asap. I stalk Instagram for potential new models and creatives to work with and reach out to anyone we want to work with on an upcoming project. Lots of sourcing inspo and making mood boards, and at the moment I'm attempting to make a Tiktok at some point during every day.

Favourite restaurant in the whole wide world?

This is like the hardest question ever. Going out to eat is my favourite hobby. My go-to places in London are Taco Queen 🌮 👑 & Kudu in Peckham. And I love going to The Dusty Knuckle & Dudley’s for Breakfast.

What’s the worst thing you’ve ever eaten?

Ooh not me... but once my friend ate a toilet cleaner in a Thailand loo thinking it was a mint imperial. Frothy.

Describe your ideal Sunday?

Pop on my fave fleece & flare combo & get a coffee & pastry. Browse a local car boot, and then eat lots of delicious food.

Favourite Oaf item ever ever ever?

Hmm. It changes all the time, but at the moment I'm loving styling the Tune In Floral Knit Vest. Or a green jacket with an orange collar that never went into production, I'm obsessed with that.

What’s your biggest fear?

My Q&A answers being boring.

What are you looking forward to the most from Oaf’s upcoming collections?

More homeware bits! Addicted to buying cute things for my tiny little flat. Also, a real good coat & bag combo coming out in Jan 👀

What are you loving listening to rn?

Eek, I always dread this question as I feel like I need to be ~cool~. Recently I’ve been listening to Kaytranada, Anz, Easy Life & Little Simz.

Dream dinner party guests?

My nan.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Really awful Netflix Christmas films.
